Most people who come to us have never worn a hair system before. That's the whole point of a consultation, we walk you through everything so you know what to expect, but there's a difference between hearing about something and actually wearing it for a few days. Some people love it instantly. A few realise it's not for them once it's on their head.

We didn't want cost to be the reason someone stays in a decision that isn't working for them. So for your very first application, the financial risk sits with us, not you. You get to make the call based on how it actually feels, not on how much you've already spent.

What it covers

The guarantee applies to your first hair system application only, whether you go with a Standard system or a Bespoke one. It doesn't apply to replacement systems further down the line, once you know the product works for you, later applications are treated as normal appointments.
